Prior to starting Authentically Yours Design, Jodi Krymuza had a 20+ year career in HR which gave her the opportunity to travel/visit employees throughout the globe (ie -Brazil, Spain, Australia, China, India, South Africa, Dubai, etc)

Throughout her HR career – one thing remained – her desire to connect with people and inspire them to follow their passions/talents.

She also had a love for home design/décor which lead me to purchasing a number of homes in which I painted, remodeled, decorated, and got it exactly perfect - only to sell and move onto the next home!

March, 2020 and COVID hit – and the traveling portion of her HR job came to a HAULTING STOP! So that meant – she had more free time in the evenings/weekends to work on PROJECTS…… and in May 2020, she started a side-hustle of painting furniture (in our garage) for friends and family.

This little side-hustle BLEW UP and in September 2020, and she had enough of corporate America - so she left an Executive Level HR career to follow her dreams – of owning her own business!
Since then, her husband, Dave, quit his job and they have been working together on a wide variety of projects- from flipping furniture, to taking part in huge events such as Junkstock, to a complete House Flip – that sold in 12 hours, to many smaller renovations….
But something still seemed missing…..the Ability to Support our fellow businesses in the Construction industry by LEVELING UP – their skills in interpersonal relationships, leadership, building/maintaining strong diverse teams – all while being AUTHENTICALLY THEMSELVES….

And that is when the extension of our business was created….
A Coaching & Development Program for Individuals & Teams within the Construction & Home Industry. This extensions gives them the ability to leverage their vast experience in Human Resources; People Management; Coaching; Training; Development; Team Building; Project Management; Entrepreneurship, Construction and Customer Service by Supporting YOU and/or YOUR TEAM all while remaining Authentically You!
